WJ Sanders and its related entities understand the importance of privacy. JS has adopted this Privacy Policy as it recognises the right of our clients and others to keep their personal information private. This Privacy Policy describes how WJ Sanders and Company Pty Ltd (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from wjsanders.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). WJS complies with the National Privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in dealing with personal information. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you or respond to your enquiries, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges and to enable you to post reviews.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
