a) General
WJ Sanders and its related entities understand the importance of privacy. JS has adopted this Privacy Policy as it recognises the right of our clients and others to keep their personal information private. This Privacy Policy describes how WJ Sanders and Company Pty Ltd (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from wjsanders.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). WJS complies with the National Privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in dealing with personal information. WJS also complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which deals with restrictions on sending emails.

8) Children's Data

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
