Delivery
When your ordered items are in stock, we strive for prompt dispatch:
- Orders received before 10 am AEST will be dispatched on the next available Business Day.
- Orders received after 10 am AEST will be dispatched within 2 Business Days.
For Work Order goods, the delivery time will be communicated once all requirements are understood. If your goods are not received for any reason, please report the non-delivery to us promptly.

Order Collection
- Appointments are required for collections
- All orders are set to be collected from our W.J. Sanders Studio in Marrickville, Sydney.
- Customers can opt to collect from the city location at ABC Bullion. Collection appointment is required.
- Orders received before 10 am AEST will be ready for collection on the next available Business Day.
- Orders received after 10 am AEST will be ready for collection within 2 Business Days.
- Please allow an extra day for collections from ABC Bullion.
Personalisation
Items that are in stock and require personalisation, such as engraving and gem setting, are dispatched within 5 Business Days.
Returns & Exchanges
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the goods within 48 hours. Should you discover any discrepancies, damages, or faults, please notify us promptly at info@wjsanders.com, ensuring the retention of the original packaging for reference.
Rest assured, we have a structured approach outlined in clause 11.2 of our Terms of Business to address any issues. Claims, excluding those governed by the Australian Consumer Law (refer to clause 12 of our Terms of Business), are expected to be submitted in writing within 7 days for efficient resolution.
While we regret to inform you that refunds are not extended for changes of preference, we are committed to exploring alternative solutions that align with your expectations.
All personalised goods are considered bespoke and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In cases of faulty or incorrect goods, we pledge to rectify the situation within the confines of warranty. Return processing typically occurs within 48 hours, with refunds disbursed either in the form of store credit or via the original payment method.
For seamless returns, an expedited process awaits – you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label alongside clear instructions. Please bear in mind that international shipping may entail additional time.
